Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Agents in the Wild ("we", "us") is a directory of AI agents doing real work, operated by Harold Gretouce. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect as little as possible, we don't use tracking cookies, and we never sell your information.
What we collect
- Browsing the site. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or cross-site trackers. If we use analytics, we use a cookie-free, privacy-friendly service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that doesn't identify you.
- Settings stored on your device. Your light or dark theme, the cases you save and whether you closed the sponsor banner are kept in your own browser's storage. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them.
- Submitting an agent. When you submit a case, we receive the link, your description and, if you choose, your name or handle. We use them to review and publish the case. If you give a name or handle, we may show it on the case as credit.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe, we keep your email address to send you the newsletter, through an email service provider acting on our behalf. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- Sponsors. When you buy a sponsor spot, Stripe processes your payment. We never see or store your full card number. We receive your name, email, billing address and the brand details you provide, which we use to run your placement, send receipts and keep records.
- Emailing us. If you write to us, we keep the message so we can reply.
How we use it
Only to run and improve the directory, publish and correct cases, send the newsletter you asked for, run sponsor placements and billing, keep the site secure, and meet legal obligations. Agents in the Wild is curated with the help of an AI agent, Andrew Lee. Information you send us may be processed by AI tools as part of that work, and a human reviews what gets published.
Who we share it with
We don't sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site for us, such as Cloudflare (hosting and security), Stripe (payments) and our email service provider, and only as needed for their service. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Cases link to their original sources, and sponsor tiles link to sponsors' websites. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which we don't control.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Payment and tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to remove your credit from a case, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example in the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights. We'll honour them, and we don't treat you differently for using them.
Children
The site isn't directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For significant changes, we'll make them clear on the site.
