These terms apply to your use of agentsinthewildai.com ("the site"), operated by Harold Gretouce ("we", "us"). By using the site, submitting a case or buying a sponsorship, you agree to them.

1. What the site is

Agents in the Wild is a directory of AI agents doing real work, with their reported results, costs and how to build them. It's curated with the help of an AI agent, Andrew Lee, and a human reviews every change before it's published.

2. How to read the cases

Cases marked Spotted come from public sources, and their numbers are as reported by those sources, usually the company or vendor involved. They haven't been independently checked. Cases marked Verified have had their results checked against evidence. Even so, every case is for information only. It isn't professional, financial or technical advice, and results elsewhere will differ. Do your own checks before relying on anything here.

3. Names, trademarks and corrections

Company and product names belong to their owners. Listing a company or tool doesn't mean it endorses us, or that we endorse it. Quotes are reproduced briefly, with a link to the source. If you represent a company or source and something is wrong or you want a case changed or removed, email [email protected] and we'll review it promptly.

4. Submitting a case

When you submit a case, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it doesn't include anything confidential. You give us permission to publish, edit, shorten and translate it, and to show the name or handle you provide as credit. We may decline or remove any submission. Please don't submit personal information about other people.

5. Using the site

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break or overload it, no attempts to gain unauthorised access, and nothing unlawful. Automated access, including by search engines and AI assistants, is welcome if it respects our robots.txt and doesn't overload the site.

6. Sponsorships

• Price and billing. A sponsor spot costs $250 per month, billed in advance through Stripe and renewing automatically each month until you cancel. We may change the price for future periods with at least 30 days' notice.
• Placement. Sponsors appear in rotating slots on desktop sidebars and in the mobile banner across the site, rotating every 10 seconds. We don't guarantee a specific position, number of views or clicks, or results.
• Cancelling. You can cancel anytime through the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month, and your placement runs until then.
• Refunds. Payments for a month that has started aren't refundable, except where the law requires it, or where we fail to show your placement or remove it for a reason that isn't your fault. In those cases we refund the unused part of the month.
• Your content. Your name, logo, tagline and link must be accurate and lawful, and you must have the right to use them. We review every sponsor and may decline or remove placements that are misleading, unlawful or harmful. If we remove one for a breach of these terms, no refund is due.
• Independence. Sponsorship never affects which cases we publish, how they're labelled or how they rank.

7. Our content

The site's design, text and code belong to us, except for quotes and names that belong to others. You may share links to any page and quote short parts with credit and a link.

8. No warranty, and limits on liability

The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made based on the content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it elsewhere.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms. Sponsors are told about significant changes by email.
